Microblading Procedure Appointments
Guidelines are provided to achieve optimal results, but there is NO guarantee made as we have no control what happens during the healing process. Please refer to our FAQ page to ensure you feel this service is right for you.
A deposit is required in order book and confirm your appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is to ensure you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from your overall cost. Cancellations will automatically result in a forfeit of your deposit. A minimum of 48 hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Failure to to do so will result in a forfeit of your deposit and the payment will be non-transferable.
Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 25 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required for rebooking a new appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you have had your eyebrows previously micro-bladed or tattooed by another artist, a clear photo must be sent in and approved before booking an appointment. We must ensure we have a workable canvas and in some cases the previous work may be too dark to achieve optimal results. Failure to provide a photo prior to booking may result in a forfeit of your deposit. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
All male clients are required to send in a clear photo and have their eyebrows approved before booking. This is to ensure that expectations can be achieved for both the client and the artist. Failure to provide a photo prior to booking may result in a forfeit of your deposit. ALL

Healed results vary depending on each client and in some cases a pencil or powder may be required to achieve desired results.
Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve desired results and will be charged accordingly.
Prices are subject to change at any time and may increase or vary in the case of travelling and/or special circumstances.
Touch Ups and Revisits can only be booked with the artist who provided the Initial Session.
Touch ups must be booked no sooner than 8 weeks following your appointment. You must allow your skin to heal before any additional work can be done. We withhold the right to not work on clients who have yet to properly heal. Failure to follow this time line and premature booking may result in a forfeit of your deposit.
A revisit is for returning customers only and is recommended a year from your original appointment. Revisits along with ONE touch up are honored ONCE a year and any additional appointments will be at the discretion of your artist. Revisits can only be booked with the artist you received an initial session with.
Academy Guidelines and Policies
All deposits and course tuition fees are non refundable. If you put down a deposit for your class the balance is due 7 days before the start of class. Prices are subject to change. All students are required to sign a Student/Academy Mutual Compliance Agreement. Showing up over an hour late, not following instructions, wearing headphones, stealing, being disruptive, horseplay, disrespect are not permissible and will cause you to be expelled with all fees forfeited . If you do not follow instructions on procedure day, or upon bringing your client in at anytime you’ll be asked to leave and will not perform your Microblading procedure. If you miss a day you can make it up on the next class.
NO REFUND POLICY
When you RESERVE your seat, We Book your seat, and Reserve it for you!
We do not give it to another student, whereby making sure that the seats are allowed on a
“First Pay, first reserve Basis”.
We Refuse other students in our data base due to your Reservation.
This is the reason why we Follow the NO REFUND POLICY.
Additionally this is a service based business,
once we have provided the outlined curriculum, tools, kits, and education its yours.
We cannot re-use nor redistribute pre owned materials neither take back our time and energy used to teach the course.
