PWS SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICIES
Pretty Woman School highly recommends to put a “hold on packages” with your local USPS office and pick them up from there to avoid package theft. If you are unable to pick up packages and prefer them to be delivered, please add SIGNATURE REQUIRED to your shipping (available for both flat rate and free shipping) to ensure you receive your package. Pretty Woman School is not responsible for stolen packages that shown by tracking number as delivered. Please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Please, make sure to have your packages shipped to a secure location. If you feel that your location is not secure please add “signature required” to your order. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package. If your package is lost, we encourage you to work with USPS for compensation. If you discover your shipping address is incorrect on your order confirmation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to correct the address so we can ensure your package is sent to the correct location. Packages are picked up daily by 12:00 PM (PST). After a package leaves our facility it is impossible to make changes to the shipping address.
PWS processes orders within 1-2 business days Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following business day. Please, note we do not process orders during public US holidays.
As USPS timelines were affected by COVID–19 pandemic, some orders may take longer than our typical 1-3 days.
Pretty Woman School provides with free domestic shipment for orders over $ 65. Please, note that sales tax will be added automatically at check out.
All orders less than $65 will cost $10 and will be delivered within1-3 Business Days. We use USPS Priority Mail for Flat Rate Shipping within the United States.
If ordered item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS:
- For Expedited Shipping: ADD $25 1-2 Business Days (Expedited orders must be placed before 10:00 AM PST Mon -Fri in order to be shipped the same day. Expedited orders placed on Friday after 10 AM, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following business day).
- Insurance (for packages valued at over $ 150): pricing varies per dollar amount.
- Signature Required: ADD $3.
- Fragile Handling: ADD $12.

We offer free international shipping for orders over $120. Please, note that sales tax will be added to all products upon checkout.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & LOST ORDERS:
- We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot by marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
- It is your full responsibility to check for customs fees and charges in your country. Please, speak to your local post office or custom office for more information.
- If a customs fee and/or charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to accept product returns at this time due to health and safety concerns. Please, ensure that you received the correct product upon delivery (or pick up). If an incorrect item is shipped to you, it will be replaced at no cost. Please contact us immediately if that happens, so we can make things right. Please note: after 7 days your package was delivered, we are no longer able to process your refund.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please contact us at email@example.com for returns within 7 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. A return label will be provided. After 7 days, the product is nonrefundable. Defective products or products which you have concerns on quality must be returned unopened and unused in order to receive a refund or exchange of the product. Due to our inability to gauge how adhesives are stored once they leave our warehouse, adhesives cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days.
If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do it within 7 days from delivery date for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Pretty Woman School is not responsible for covering these shipping costs.
SALES AND CLEARANCE
Please, note Pretty Woman School runs deals and specials that are limited in time and quantity. To know more about deals we recommend to follow our Social Media Accounts that you can find on our webpage: www.prettywomanschool.com.
All Sales, Clearance and Special offers for products and courses are final. We do not refund or match prices for courses and products that were purchased for regular price and then later went on “Sale” or “Special Offer”.
If a clearance item is unavailable, we will refund the cost of that item to the original payment method. All Clearance and Sales items cannot be returned or exchanged.
